Not the right fit? Or not 100% satisfied with your order? We totally get it. You can send it back within 14 days of receiving the item for store credit — and we’ll pay for return shipping

The product must be unused and in the same condition it was received.  Any modifications, damage, smell or signs of use disqualifies the buyer from a return.

If you'd like to initiate a return, simply log in to your account on www.danieljeweler.com using your email and select “Return” option in your order details. This will guide you through the return process step by step.

We will email you a shipping label!

Once we receive your return, please allow up to 5 business days for us to inspect the item. Once it passes inspection, we will issue your store credit.
