Refund policy
You may return your item within 14 days of receipt for store credit. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Items shipped after this period are not eligible for return.
We will cover the return shipping cost. If you wish to exchange an item, you have two options:
1. Use the issued store credit to purchase your new item once you receive the credit.
2. Purchase the desired jewelry now, and receive a full refund for the returning item once it is processed.
Important Conditions:
The product must be unused and in the exact condition it was received. Any signs of use, damage, modifications, or odors will disqualify the item from a return.
How to Initiate a Return:
1. Log in to your account on www.danieljeweler.com (https://www.danieljeweler.com) using your email address.
2. Select the "Return" option within your order details.
3. Follow the step-by-step guided return process.
We will then email you a shipping label.
Once we receive your return, please allow up to 5 business days for us to inspect the item. After the item passes inspection, we will issue your store credit.
If you wish to receive a refund instead of store credit, there will be a 10% restocking fee and you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
