If you received a tracking number your order was shipped. If your tracking number shows "Pre-Shipment, USPS Awaiting Item" it means that USPS has not updated the tracking information yet.  Your order was shipped and is on the way!

The product must be unused and in the same condition it was received.  Any modifications, damage, smell or signs of use disqualifies the buyer from a return.
