Good morning my 1st purchase was the paper clip necklace, which is definitely a conversation piece. Everyone loves it. Then I bought these two chains afterwards. I love your products. This 24in 5mm gold rope is perfect. Great weight on it feels very durable and strong and it shines and sparkles in the lights great . A few compliments on it first days I've worn it I've only been wearing it for a few days but no rash on or coloring on my neck. Haven't taken it in the water,pool,or ocean yet but No fading , we will see in time on that one but confident it won't. all in all very satisfied. Customer service was phenomenal. I originally purchased the 22inch and wanted to return it for 24inch , communication emails back were fast and even the return process and the new delivery of the 24inch was fast as well. What was the greatest was they even let me return the 22inch for the 24inch and just pay the small difference and then even reimbursed me the money that I originally bought the chain sale price when the sale was going on that had ended .
